Cloaking Stages

Ares lets you define the number of cloaking stages for each techno, instead of just having one global value.

[TechnoType]►Cloakable.Stages= (integer)

The number of cloaking stages this techno will go through when cloaking or decloaking. Defaults to [General]►CloakingStages.
